SIX YEARS

happy six years to my true love and best friend! i love this man so much. he makes me laugh everyday, he reminds me to slow down and enjoy the little things, and he is the best kisser. pretty much the whole package! happy six years to us, my love!

for our anniversary, we spent the afternoon at balboa park, splashing in the fountain and enjoying a delicious picnic lunch planned by the hubby. then later that evening, we went on a date to the cheesecake factory and took our sweet time coming home. it was a much needed night away and so much fun, just the two of us.

SD TRIP 2013: CONGRATS JULIO AND CLAUDIA!

our original reason for venturing to san diego for a week was for julio {orlando's brother} and claudia's wedding- the beach and tacos and such were just really awesome bonuses. it was a gorgeous day and a perfect wedding for the lovebirds. they are so happy together and we are seriously thrilled for them! it's great to have another sister-in-law, a fellow 'mrs. leon' in the family too. newlywed life is so much fun, i hope they have a blast together.

CELEBRATING 5 YEARS

we celebrated the five happiest years of our lives so far with a night out at the melting pot {oh my delicious!} and three exquisite hours of 'just us' time and it was wonderful. i love my man so much and am so blessed to be married to my very best friend!

{somehow we never get a really good picture of us on our anniversary. maybe next year?}

my first mother's day

my boys made my first mother's day the sweetest. orlando knocked it out of the park, seriously, he and luc made me feel so loved and special and completely spoiled! there just aren't enough words to tell you how much i love these two. a saturday date night, breakfast in bed, love letters, and thoughtful gifts that made me weepy were just big, happy bonuses to the wonderful blessings i get everyday- being married to my best friend and mama to this sweet angel boy.
