sometimes i really wonder why i'm still blogging. blogs seem like they're on their way out, i rarely have enough time to write the kind of in-depth posts i want to write, and when i do spend time blogging it takes up valuable nap time to post regularly… so i ask myself, do i really want to keep doing this? who am i doing it for? but then i look back at all the days and moments that i wouldn't remember if the weren't written down here, and i'm so glad i have them. so i guess i'm doing this for me and i'm going to keep doing it because i still enjoy it and someday i won't remember everything luc said as a two year old and being able to go back and read all about it will be a treasure.

aaaaand all this rambling to commemorate my 1002nd post. hip hip! it only took me five years :)
