phew, look at that belly!
the good news is that i feel tons smaller than i look. the bad news is that i shock myself every time i pass a mirror!
this week has been much of the same- same active baby boy, achy back and intense desire for fruit roll-ups every waking hour.
i'm more excited then ever for his arrival, though this week, my nervous level has risen a bit. okay, maybe more then a bit. i just realized yesterday that in about two months i get to push this baby out {!}, and then he's all ours to take care of. when he fusses or gets sick, i'm the one they're going to look for- i'm the one they're going to hand him over to when they're done holding him. i'm the last one in line- me. and that's a really BIG thought. a happy thought, but also a BIG thought.
i can't describe how overwhelmingly wonderful it is to be so blessed to be this little one's mother, and equally, how great the responsibility. i want to be the very best mama for him, i love him so. orlando is already the greatest father i've ever seen, so i have a lot to live up to!
